If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact me within 30 days of purchase, and I will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please take clear photos of the damage and the exterior packaging. Email them to me at ian.hanesworth@gmail.com, as these are required to file an insurance claim and process your replacement or refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Prints 12” x 18” and smaller are shipped flat in rigid mailers. If your order includes any larger prints, all the prints will be rolled and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube.

If you are purchasing larger prints and do not want them rolled, please send me an email at ian.haneworth@gmail.com for a special shipping quote.
